1. Returns
At Zyrus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy.
Eligibility
You have 100 days from the date of purchase to return your item.
Condition
The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. If these conditions are not met, we will not proceed with a refund.
Process
To initiate a return, please fill out our Contact Form with the following information:

- Email Address
- Order Number
- Product Name
- Reason for Return
Once we receive your request, we will review it. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, and it passes inspection, we will process your refund and keep you updated.
Inspection
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria: the product must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different model or color, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Items not in their original condition
- Damaged, worn, or used items
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
5. Lifetime Factory Warranty
Our timepieces come with a Lifetime factory warranty that covers manufacturing defects. We believe so strongly in the quality of our products that we offer this service to our customers. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it. For any returns, we will inspect the item to determine whether it is a manufacturing defect. If we find that it is not a manufacturing fault or if the damage is due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs, we will not proceed with a refund or replacement.
